Creating & Editing your Artwork
On the Artwork Screen, click on the thumbnail preview of the item you want to work on. For new items, you will see a mountain thumbnail placeholder.
If your product has multiple templates available, you will be prompted to select the one you want, otherwise, the template will be automatically assigned and open the editing window.
The artwork screen will look something like the below example:
The 'X' button in the top right hand corner will close the Editing screen.
This button will save your changes and refresh the artwork proof.
This marks the Artwork as approved and returns you to the Artwork screen. Your artwork will be sent directly to the supplier setup in the system and you will not have the ability to continue editing. If you accidentally approve your artwork, call our team immediately on (08) 8229 9030 to stop print.
In-house products can then generate a hi-res PDF for download, then you may manually send to your supplier.
The system allows you to configure an e-mail to any e-mail address, the e-mail contains a download link to the low-res PDF artwork proof.
If you need to start again/refresh the template, clicking 'Change Template' will clear out your image boxes and re-load the template from scratch once you have re-selected one from the available options.
Your browser will allow a low-res PDF download and the option to print the low-res PDF.
Artwork Form
Artwork forms will differ per template style/product. Below is an example of what your form might look like:
You will see all the photos that have been uploaded to the Images tab of your listing. You can manually add additional images by clicking the Add Image button.
Use the dropdown selector below the image/s to choose which image box they should appear in on your artwork.
Once selected, a blue outline will appear over the photo, allowing you to see the dimensions of the image box your template holds, you can drag this in and move it around to focus on a specific area of the photo.
NOTE: if the image your have selected is not high quality, or you have made the cropping area quite small, you will receive a Quality Warning notification below your image.
If you are constantly opening and closing the Artwork, images may automatically deselect. If you're unable to Approve Artwork, you may need to confirm all photos are selected and no required fields are blank in your form, and there are no overset text warnings.
Artwork Display Errors
Enter all the relevant information in the Artwork Form and select the relevant photos and their position.
You may receive the below error if there is too much text for a section of the template. Reduce the amount of text/font size and click Build Artwork again to re-build the proof.
