Navigating and Ordering Agent/Office Marketing and/or Misc Products
The Marketing section is used to store templates for non-property-specific products like Business Cards, Letterheads, Signboard Stickers, etc.
In Campaign Cloud, click on the Marketing button in your left-hand Menu.
You will then see a list of non-property-specific marketing products you have available to order.
Select the category below the Marketing heading, then select the product variation from the window that pops out from the right hand side of your screen.
Select the item you want to order, then select 'Order and Build Artwork in the pop-up window.
In the artwork screen, select and/or complete all required fields, then click the Build Artwork button to save and view your artwork proof. If your template has multiple pages, click the Next Page button to move on to the next stage.Once your second page has been completed, click the Save and Continue button.
From here, you can either choose to leave the Marketing section and come back to your saved design at a later time, Re-open the artwork to continue editing, or proceed with placing your order following steps 1 and 2 below.
Marketing Order History
To view your previous orders, simply open the Marketing section Click on the category you'd like to check, then click the blue egg timer icon in the far right hand corner.
This screen will display all previous orders in a table list with order dates and times, as well as an artwork preview when you hover your cursor over the items.
