The Images Tab displays any photos and/or documents in relation to the property listing.
This includes photographs, sketches, graphs, site plans and floor plans.
If you are setup with a CRM, your feed should automatically pull images across for your listings, if you create listings manually in Campaign Cloud, you can upload your own files.
Login to your Campaign Cloud account, hover over the listing and select 'Orders' (or search for your property, then hover over and select 'Orders').
Navigating the Images screen
The screenshot above shows numbered items, each are explained below:
1. Add Images
Allows you to upload manually Hi-Res JPG images and PDF Floorplans or Siteplans.
To do this, Click the Add Photos button in the menu, then in the po-up window either select files from your computer or drag and drop them onto this pop-up window. By default the “Auto Type” option will be selected which is for standard photos. Change this to floorplan if the image is a floorplan or PDF file.
Click Start to upload an individual image, or click Start Upload to upload all images at once.
NOTE: All images should be hi-resolution JPG images. PNG files are not recognised.
2. Select All Images
By clicking this, each file listed on your images screen will be selected, from here, you can bulk download the selection.
3. Used In
This section outlines where your images are currently used - on which templates for artwork you have created.
4. Proof Sheet
Generates a document titled “Proof Sheet", click the heading, and select the download icon in the pop-up window to view the PDF file. This PDF will display all images numbered with their upload order e.g. 'Photo 1'.
5. Download Selected
Downloads all selected images for your use. In the pop-up window, select the image quality you want to download from the Dropdown selector, then click the Create Zip File button. This will create zip folder of images, once ready, click the Click here to Download button.
NOTE: There is a limit of 25 photos downloaded at a time.
6. Send to Others
Allows you to email your selected images and property information via email.
7. Show Deleted Photos
Shows all images that have been deleted.
8. Hero Image, Download Image and Delete Image
You have the ability to select a Hero Image for your Campaign by clicking the Crown Icon when hovering over your image.
To download a single image, simply hover over it and choose the Download Icon.
Deleting an image can be done by clicking the red X icon after hovering over your image.
