Why is my account not loading or displaying windows correctly?
If your browser is having trouble displaying a window in Campaign Cloud/Advenda, try logging out of your account, closing down your internet browser, then re-launch and login again.
A fresh session should clear the issue, but if you are still having trouble, try a 'hard refresh'.
Hold down the 'Shift' key on your keyboard and click the refresh button on your Campaign Cloud/Advenda browser tab .
Please e-mail us with a full screenshot if the problem persists after trying both of the above troubleshooting solutions.
