Why can't I approve my artwork even though there are no errors?
Rarely, you will be unable to see and select the 'Approve & Close' button after completing your artwork.
However, if this does happen, re-open your artwork and select all images again, making sure to save the artwork after making changes, this should then allow you to see the 'Approve & Close' button'.
If you are working on a large document, to quickly view an overall list of pages and their selected images, open the 'Artwork' Tab, hover over the information icon in the top right hand corner of your saved artwork, then view the info in the pop up - see below example:
