Media - Booking

Accessing the Media Page

Once you have ordered Media for your listings within the property order form, click on the Media Link.

From here, select the publication date from inside the calendar, then, in the pop out window on the right, select the 'Create Booking' button.

Based on your bookings for the publication, choose your page amounts from the dropdown menu options and click 'Book' to proceed.

Note: All artwork must first be built in order to be laid out. 

If you need to amend the booking, make changes click the 'Edit Booking' button to re-book pages or delete the booking.

After booking your required pages, you can place the modules within the pagination section.

Select a module, then in the new window, drag and drop each module onto the pages in an order you're happy with, when complete, click the 'Save & Close' button.

Now you should see your booking details waiting for approval.

This screen now displays:

• The number of pages booked
• The number of Ads placed
• The approval status for the publication
• A field to enter a Booking Number (if relevant)

Underneath the heading “Ads you have ordered for this publication” shows:

• The property address'
• The booking type
• The approval status of the Artwork
• Whether or not the artwork has been used in a media booking.
